Updated monthly, it synthesizes data from government sources, market indicators, and regulatory trends into a single composite score (0-100). A score of 50 represents neutral conditions, above 65 indicates favorable conditions, and below 35 signals challenging headwinds.

Data Sources: US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Colorado General Assembly, Freddie Mac, county assessor data, and proprietary market research. The index combines five weighted categories: demand dynamics, operating costs, capital conditions, regulatory environment, and forward-looking indicators.
